The DL: A sleepy beach town filled with million dollar homes, golf carts as a way of getting around, beach and marsh views, and good food. Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms have a total population of a couple thousand people and more of a living community. Isle of Palms has some more touristy spots and the only Air BnBs/hotels.
How to get here:
Fly into Charleston, you will need a car to get here. Ubers are not very available and a lot of what you can do is drive around and explore.
